Targ is a new acquisition this year. I bought him on the strength of his dam's pedigree. Lady Topanga is littermate to Regehrs Alginon's Beaujolais and Regehrs Alginon's Ace. Her dam, Sparkle Plenty, was 1st place 4 year old at the 1994 Nationals. Topanga herself was All American 2 year old in 1996 and again as a 3 year old in 1997.
Targ is coal black with red trim. He is long, tall and uphill with lots of width and dairyness. The two daughters I have seen are exceptional.
